Initial Assessment
Your first appointment includes a discussion of your symptoms, medical history and goals, followed by a clinical assessment. Findings and suitable care options are explained. Treatment may begin where appropriate, with advice on next steps or referral if needed.

Dry Needling
Dry needling uses fine needles as a possible adjunct to musculoskeletal care. Suitability is assessed individually, and the procedure, potential benefits, risks and alternatives are explained before you decide whether to proceed.
Follow-up Appointment
Follow-up appointments review your symptoms, movement and response to care. Treatment and exercise advice are adjusted where appropriate. Further appointments are discussed according to your progress and clinical needs.
